The purpose of this agreement is to enhance law enforcement services concerning the criminal activities of street gangs, through the cooperative efforts of the parties to this IGA, DPS to agrees to reimburse 75% of the /salary and ERE (not to exceed $65,402.00) and 100% of the preauthorized overtime hours, 25% of wages/ERE, approximately $21,801.00 to be paid by Fund 10, Cost Center 2401016. Duration of this IGA shall be the fiscal year July 1st through June 30th, and shall renew annually on July 1st for a period not to exceed five (5) years. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the authorization of the Chairman of the Pinal County Flood Control District Board of Directors to sign the community acknowledgment section of the Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) application for a revised floodplain delineation of Bogart Wash which impacts the City of Coolidge and unincorporated areas in central Pinal County. The LOMR submittal requests that FEMA revise the one percent annual chance (100-year) floodplain limits for the Bogart Wash based on new topographic data and revised hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Fiscal Year 2014 Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) financial assistance award in the amount of $75,000.00 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) through the U. Department of Homeland Security and to authorize Kathy Borquez (Transportation Administrator) to sign and submit CTP grant-related documents through the electronic ND Grants Management Portal including accepting the CTP award and any associated amendments. PZ-PA-004-14: A major amendment of the 2009 Pinal County Comprehensive Plan request by MLC Farms & Clark Family Trust, landowners, Solar Star VII, agent, to amend the Land Use Plan to re-designate 405± acres of land from Very Low Density Residential (0- 1 du/ac) to General Public Services and Facilities in the Florence area; situated in a portion of Sections 28, 29 & 32 T04S, R10E G&SRB&M; Tax parcels (multiple); parcel maps 201-25 and 201-26 (parcel list on file)(legal on file) located on NEC of Diversion Dam Rd. and Padilla Rd.
