The purpose of this agreement is to enhance law enforcement services concerning the criminal activities of street gangs, through the cooperative efforts of the parties to this IGA, DPS to agrees to reimburse 75% of the /salary and ERE (not to exceed $65,402.00) and 100% of the preauthorized overtime hours, 25% of wages/ERE, approximately $21,801.00 to be paid by Fund 10, Cost Center 2401016. Duration of this IGA shall be the fiscal year July 1st through June 30th, and shall renew annually on July 1st for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
