Discussion/approval/disapproval of the sale of a Mobile Public Health Clinic, a 2007 Fleetwood Discovery class A RV conversion VIN 4UZACJDC57CZ44757, which the County no longer has a use, to Hiring and Helping Our Heroes of Pinal County Inc., a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization for use as a mobile veterans center. If approved the transfer will be made for less than fair market value of the property as authorized by A.R.S. 11-251(58). The proposed sale price is $1. The mobile veteran's center will provide such services as VA benefits, housing and utility assistance, medical and mental healthcare, employment/training opportunities, counseling, readjustment assistance and emergency assistance.
