This agreement requires a FY 2014-2015 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 23 (Sheriff/Drug Smuggling Fund) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Sub grantee Agreement-Reallocation between the Pinal County Sheriff's Office and the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS) in the amount of $15,132. This agreement requires a fiscal year 2014-2015 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 203 (Sheriff's Grant Fund) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. There will be no impact on the General Fund. The agreement is a reimbursable sub-grant utilizing Federal Funds. This requires a fiscal year 2014-2015 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 203 (Sheriff's Grant Fund) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. Public Hearing required by Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-391 on a long term debt proposal to refinance projects throughout Pinal County. The long-term debt will refinance a Lease Agreement, dated as of December 1, 2004, between the Pinal County Municipal Property Corporation, as lessor, and Pinal County, as lessee, the proceeds of which financed the costs to construct and equip (1) an adult detention facility expansion, (2) a sheriff’s training facility and firing range and (3) a new juvenile detention facility, all in and for Pinal County.
