Pinal County Employee Merit Commission, et. al. This appointment is made with the consent and approval of the County Attorney pursuant to Pinal County Procurement Code section PC1-105(E). Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Crime Victim Compensation Grant Agreement, ACJC Grant Number VC-16-060, between Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Attorney’s Office, to commence on July 1, 2015, and terminate June 30, 2016, in the amount of $190,506 to provide compensation awards to victims of criminally injurious conduct occurring within Pinal County. Appropriation for the agreement was submitted in the FY 15/16 budget, no amendment is necessary. There is no impact to the General Fund. (Lando Voyles) N. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Subgrantee Agreement-Reallocation 14-AZDOHS-HSGP-140307-04, between the Pinal County Sheriff's Office and the Arizona Department of Homeland Security to purchase (10) P25 Dual Band Portable Radios. Grant performance period: 06/01/15 - 05/31/16 Federal Funds CFDA #: 97-067. This requires a FY 2015-2016 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 increase revenue and expenditure appropriations in the Sheriff's Grants Fund (Fund 203) in the amount of $24,100. Discussion/approval/disapproval of FY 2016 ACJC Drug, Gang and Violent Crime Control Grant Award (ACJC Grant Number DC-16-010) between the Pinal County Sheriff's Office and the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission to enhance drug, gang, or violent crime efforts to deter, investigate, prosecute, or adjudicate drug, gang or violent crime offenders. Award amount $147,520.00 ($59,008.00 in federal funds awarded to the Commission by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs (CFDA#: 16.738), $51,633.00 in state funds and $36,879.00 in matching funds (being paid by Fund 184 Cost Center 2302468: Atty / RICO State - Task Force). Program commencing on July 1, 2015 and terminating on June 30, 2016. This requires a FY 2015- 2016 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation only from fund 213 to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations in the Sheriff/Drug Task Force Fund (Fund 22).
