Discussion/approval/disapproval to lease County property, without auction, (Randolph Park) to establish and maintain a vegetable garden to grow fresh produce for food banks and other non-profit civic groups, grow trees and fulfill grant activities as needed. The County is authorized by A.R.S. 11-256.01(A) to lease land to a nonprofit corporation without auction.

Discussion/approval/disapproval to reinstate step 3 for Position #0000444 that was selected by hiring authority and approved in writing by Human Resources on February 27, 2015. Employee was paid at step 3 for one pay period before Human Resources changed their mind. Copy of the Human Resources Offer letter attached.
