Discussion/approval/disapproval to adopt a resolution which shall transfer $3,500,000.00 from the Pinal County Employee Benefit Trust (PCEBT) into the Pinal County General Fund and agreement that any additional expenses that may be incurred by the PCEBT beyond the amount remaining in the PCEBT accounts shall be the responsibility of Pinal County. The latest financial report shows that the PCEBT surplus in excess of IBNR is approximately $5M. Any remaining surplus will be transferred to the General Fund as expenditures wind down. Discussion/approval/disapproval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Maricopa and Pinal County for co-location, operation and payment of limited jurisdiction court services. Ratification of County Manager, Greg Stanley's signature allowing the Maricopa Historical Society to use the California Zephyr railcar on September 26, 2015 to clean the railcar and make minor repairs, then on November 14, 2015 to show the railcar and to display items of historic significance, and on February 27, 2016 to show the railcar and to display items of historic significance. Ratification of County Manager, Greg Stanley's signature on a Building Use Agreement for the Maricopa Justice Court on Monday afternoons on or about September 28th, October 5th, October 12th, October 19th, and October 26th, 2015 to teach a course on applying for and landing jobs to members of our community presented by The Streets Don't Love You Back as part of its Lifeskills Intervention Program. The scriveners errors are typographical in nature regarding the location of the proposed rezoning, case number, zoning districts and references to Arizona Revised Statutes. Discussion/approval/disapproval authorizing County Manager, Gregory Stanley to sign all documents on behalf of the Pinal County Workforce Development Board also authorizing Adeline Allen, Housing Director and Jayson Vowell to sign request for funds, and all reports required by funding source, Department of Economic Security. Discussion/approval/disapproval of FY 2016 Victims' Rights Program Award Agreement, A.G. #: 2016-052, between the State of Arizona, Office of the Attorney General and Pinal County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $17,895.00. The Victims' Rights Program funds are to support the direct costs of implementing victims' rights laws pursuant to those provisions of the ARS Title 13, Chapter 40 and Title 8, Chapter 3, Article 7, impacting Law Enforcement/Custodial as an entity type. $10,500 (approximately 10% of wages Victim's Rights Technicians (2) and $7395 (postage, meter rental, office supplies, copies and small equipment). This agreement to commence on July 1, 2015 and terminates on June 30, 2016. This does not require a fiscal year budget amendment as the appropriation was approved in the FY 15/16 Final Budget. (Paul Babeu) O. Discussion/approval/disapproval for Grant Award No. 2016-AL-030 between the Pinal County Sheriff's Office and the Governor's Office of Highway Safety for the amount of $50,000.00. The funds will be used for Personnel Services (Overtime) and Employee Related Expenses. The award requires a fiscal year 2015-2016 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 116 (Sheriff/Traffic Safety) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
