Discussion/approval/disapproval of modification to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Pinal County Attorney’s Office and Phoenix Children’s Hospital executed on September 17, 2014 in order to collaboratively provide appropriate services to children who have been, or are suspected to have been sexually abused, severely physically abused, or witnessed traumatic violence. The modification will extend the current MOU for a period of one-year through September 16, 2016 and add a total of four, one-year extension options exercisable by Pinal County. (Lando Voyles) K.
