Discussion/approval/disapproval budget modification for Fund 53/Cost Center 2620213 which allows for a half year funding for a Probation Officer I, effective January 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016. This Addendum to State funding requires a FY 2015-2016 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriation in the amounts of $32,481 to the Adult Probation Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund - State Aid Enhancement (JCEF-SAE) Fund 53 for one full-time Probation Officer I, Job 1105C/Grade 827 Step 3 $47,906.04 and associated EREs. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the request of the Honorable John Ellsworth, Casa Grande Justice of the Peace, for the appointment of Steven Phillip Cantrell as a Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore. Said appointment is made by the Presiding Judge. No additional budget capacity is required as funds previously allocated for pro tem judges is sufficient at this time.
