Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 11-256, Pinal County conducted a public auction on February 25, 2016 for the lease of this County-owned property. The lease was awarded to the highest responsible bidder, and exceeded the minimum requirement of ninety percent of the appraised rental value of the property. The material conditions of the lease include a requirement that the property be used for agricultural land only, that it be for a term of five years, automatically renewable for four successive five-year terms unless terminated.
