Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 050416-HRG, a resolution authorizing the adoption of Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation guidelines, dated April 6, 2016, which shall be used to implement Pinal County's housing rehabilitation programs funded with Arizona Department of Housing HOME, Community Development Block Grant and State Housing funds. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No.050416-CC2, a resolution to implement Phase 2 of the Compensation and Classification study effective April 9, 2017. This implementation includes new salary ranges, job titles, and job descriptions as well as salary placement of current employees into the new salary ranges based on a 25 year model. Furthermore, a revision of policy 4.20, Wage and Salary Administration, will be effective April 9, 2017 to concur with the new salary ranges. (Greg Stanley) ADJOURNMENT
