This addendum requires a fiscal year 2016-2017 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation only from fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to fund 53 (Adult Prob/State Enhancement) to increase revenues and expenditures and to decrease transfers between fund 55 (Adult Prob/Support) and fund 53 (Adult Prob/State Enhancement). And to create a Legal Collections Specialist position (Salary & ERE $57,167) to increase the effective collection practices and an Administrative Assistant position (Salary & ERE $44,006) to effectively manage the department workload, supervision of staff, and oversight of services and programs. Discussion/approval/disapproval of a Master Infrastructure Sharing Lease Agreement between GovNet, Inc. and Pinal County to fulfill the need for the establishment of modem and reliable radio communications system for the County. The use of County sites for the purpose of providing much needed radio coverage not presently available. (Jay Vargo/Leo Lew)
Discussion/approval/disapproval of creation of a household appliance policy. Both ACIP and Traveler's (the primary property insurer for ACIP) mentioned such a policy as being needed in all the ACIP counties. Some of the appliances went home after ACIP last visited, but we should make sure others are reviewed by leadership and facilities so we don't create a fire risk/overload of electrical. Risk Management and Facilities have collaborated to develop this proposed new policy. (Patrick Camunez/Leo Lew)

The award requires a fiscal year 2016-2017 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation only from fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to fund 203 (Sheriff's Grants) in increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
