If approved, the proposed changes will be submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency through the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality as elements of the Arizona State Implementation Plan. Required notices have been published, posted and e-mailed, and the full text of the proposed changes was published in the Arizona Administrative Register on August 26, 2016.
