This requires an amendment to the FY 16/17 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 203 (Sheriff's Grants) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Arizona Department of Public Safety Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance Grant Program CFDA #16575 Agreement and Contract No. 2015441 between the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Pinal County Attorney’s Office to commence on October 1, 2016 and terminate September 30, 2017, in the amount of $59,486 to provide services to victims of crime in the Early Disposition Court (EDC). The grant requires Pinal County provide a matching contribution of $14,872. The Pinal County Attorney’s contribution will be met by using the apportioned salary and ERE attributed to grant project activities of the current Legal Secretary FTE position #67 assigned to EDC victim notification. This requires an amendment to the FY 16/17 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 268 (County Atty Misc Grants) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
