Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Pinal County Attorney's Office request to extend an employment offer to a Senior Attorney candidate at a salary up to 5% over the midpoint. The requested reprogramming of personnel appropriation will fill the funding gap of $19,653.00 in hiring an Attorney/Senior in Position #100 (Currently vacant) at the requested salary not exceeding 5% over the mid-salary range of $99,601.00. The personnel appropriation from Position #1165 (Currently vacant) will maintain a fund balance in hiring another Attorney/Senior between the allowed min and mid-range. (Kent Volkmer)
