Discussion/approval/disapproval for an Intergovernmental Agreement between Pinal County and the Pinal County Flood Control District. The agreement will allow the Flood Control District to provide a proportional share of funding for flood control improvements as part of the Hunt Highway and Gantzel Road widening projects and to define maintenance responsibilities of said future improvements. The Flood Control proportional share of the project includes construction costs, construction management services, post design services, and the construction of a temporary haul road. Discussion/approval/disapproval for an Intergovernmental Agreement between Pinal County and the Pinal County Flood Control District. The agreement will allow the Flood Control District to provide a proportional share of funding for flood control improvements as part of the Hunt Highway and Gantzel Road widening projects and to define maintenance responsibilities of said future improvements.
