The National Children’s Alliance sub-grants program requires an amendment to the FY 2017/18 budget increasing revenue and expenditure appropriation in the amount of $20,400.53 in the Attorney Miscellaneous Grant (Fund 268). Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Superior Court of Arizona in Pinal County/Family Law Commissioner and the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES). The IGA covers activity of the Family Law Commissioner for Child Support IV-D Cases commencing May 1, 2018 and ending September 30, 2022. The existing IGA will terminate April 30, 2018. Approval of this item will authorize the Hon. Stephen F. McCarville, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court to sign the new IGA on behalf of the Superior Court. IT and Risk Management created and are part of the approval. - PCPP 6.80 Vehicle & Equipment Operation- this is combining multiple policies into a section and addressing distracted driving. - PCPP 7.35 Health Time Off- this is giving Appointing Authorities the ability to let people attend mammograms or prostate exams on the clock, at supervisor’s discretion. - PCPP 4.20 Wage & Salary Administration creating a structure for change in career path. - PCPP 4.85 Overtime Compensation- creating a pay model for County declared emergencies. - Deleting 6.90 as it was absorbed into 6.80. The National Children’s Alliance sub-grants program requires an amendment to the FY 2017/18 budget increasing revenue and expenditure appropriation in the amount of $20,400.53 in the Attorney Miscellaneous Grant (Fund 268). Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Superior Court of Arizona in Pinal County/Family Law Commissioner and the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES). The IGA covers activity of the Family Law Commissioner for Child Support IV-D Cases commencing May 1, 2018 and ending September 30, 2022. The existing IGA will terminate April 30, 2018. Approval of this item will authorize the Hon. Stephen F. McCarville, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court to sign the new IGA on behalf of the Superior Court. No additional budget capacity is necessary at this time as funds for this activity were included and approved in the FY2018 budget process. (Todd Zweig)

IT and Risk Management created and are part of the approval. - PCPP 6.80 Vehicle & Equipment Operation- this is combining multiple policies into a section and addressing distracted driving. - PCPP 7.35 Health Time Off- this is giving Appointing Authorities the ability to let people attend mammograms or prostate exams on the clock, at supervisor’s discretion. - PCPP 4.20 Wage & Salary Administration creating a structure for change in career path. - PCPP 4.85 Overtime Compensation- creating a pay model for County declared emergencies. - Deleting 6.90 as it was absorbed into 6.80.
