Discussion/approval/disapproval of a FY 18/19 budget amendment and the FY 2019 Victims’ Rights Program award agreement AG #2019-052 between the Arizona State Office of the Attorney General and the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, in the amount of $12,302. The Victims' Rights Program funds are to support the direct cost of implementing victims' rights laws pursuant to those provision of the A.R.S. Title 13, Chapter 40 and the Title 8, Chapter 3, Article 7, impacting Law Enforcement/Custodial as an entity type. This agreement is to commence on July 1, 2018 and terminates on June 30, 2019. The amendment to the FY 18/19 budget for Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) and Fund 10 (General Fund) decreases revenue and expenditure appropriations for the Victims’ Rights Program in the amount of $5,594. Detective Delcia Harber has requested that, in compliance with established precedence and protocol, he/she be permitted to purchase his/her PCSO issued duty weapon(s) identified as: Glock 17 at $25, Colt 5.56 at $350. Fair market value for a Glock 17 is approximately $420 and fair market value for the Colt 5.56 is approximately $350. However, this award requires an amendment to the FY 2018-19 budget increasing revenue and expenditure appropriation in the amount of $21,160 in Fund 268 (County Attorney Misc.
