Discussion/approval/disapproval of the acceptance of a one-thousand dollar donation from “Giving Trunk Company, Inc.” Founder/President Terri Arenas, for the purchase of two centrifuges machines, one for the medical exam room at the Eloy Family Advocacy Center and one for the exam room in San Tan Valley. The purchase of this medical equipment was not included in the annual budget request and the donation fiscally assists the program. Acceptance of these funds requires a FY 18/19 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency to Fund 10 (General Fund) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
