Discussion/approval/disapproval of the realignment of the Recorder's office administrative functions. Eliminate one position (Administrative Manager) upon retirement of the incumbent and create an Administrative Specialist reflective of the administrative responsibilities and functions required by the Recorder. Move a portion of the overall savings to increase the Elections Supervisor to the mid-point of the salary range to better reflect the incumbent's 25 years of service to the county. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the creation of 6 Justice Court Clerk Senior positions and elimination of 4 full time and 1 part time Justice Court Clerk positions. The realignment of Justice Court staffing is based upon the recommendation of the Committee on Justice Court Redistricting. The staffing levels were previously presented in a work session on March 21, 2018. Upon approval of the creation/elimination of positions, staffing in each location would be assigned as the following: Pioneer Justice Court: 1 Judicial Office Supervisor (JOS); 2 Justice Court Clerks, Senior; 8 Justice Court Clerks.
