Approval requires a FY 18/19 budget amendment to increase expenditures in cost center 26630411, fund 10 and increase expenditures in cost center 2630411, fund 10. This request is made in accordance with and under the authority of A.R.S. 13-2314.03 whereby before the County Attorney's office may use any monies from the fund that the County Attorney submit an application that includes a description of what the requested monies will be used for to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
