Revision allows for additional scheduling options needed to meet the business needs of departments/elected offices, and clarifies language to ensure consistent understanding and application in compliance with state and federal law. Discussion/approval/disapproval of First Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Apache Junction and Pinal County for Household Hazardous Waste Pickup Program Participation. Amending the original agreement entered into on February 7, 2017, from one (1) household hazardous waste event under which the County will reimburse the City for costs attributed to County resident participation in a maximum about of $10,000, to two (2) household hazardous waste events, two times a year, with reimbursement to the City for the costs attributed to County resident participation in the maximum amount of $20,000 ($10,000 per event).
