Discussion/approval/disapproval of Family Services of Conciliation Court utilizes a currently vacant Court Conciliator position #2869 within Fund 125 Cost Center 2630213 and the associated funding to create a Conciliation Court Case Coordinator position within the same funding source. The modification of organization structure of these positions will assist in supporting the necessary tasks duties of the program and meet the increased services to walk-ins since the relocation to the Superior Court. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Bureau of Justice Assistant, Office of Justice Program (OJP), Justice Reinvestment Initiative Grant Project (Grant No. 2019-ZB-BX-0006) between the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs and Pinal County through the Pinal County Attorney’s Office to commence on October 1, 2019 and terminate September 30, 2022 in the amount of $1,248,453 to expand the services and capabilities of the PCAO Pretrial Diversion Program. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Family Services of Conciliation Court utilizes a currently vacant Court Conciliator position #2869 within Fund 125 Cost Center 2630213 and the associated funding to create a Conciliation Court Case Coordinator position within the same funding source. The modification of organization structure of these positions will assist in supporting the necessary tasks duties of the program and meet the increased services to walk-ins since the relocation to the Superior Court.
