The Smartphone Technology Access to Tax Information was selected as the winner in this category for its innovation to allow 'no type' mobile access to tax bills and payment options via a simple QR code scan. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the creation of a new Accountant position job code F1000 Grade 08 within the Treasurer's Office tax department effective 1/1/2020. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the acceptance of the FY20 Budget Modification received from the Administrative Office of the Courts for the State Aid Enhancement (SAE) in the amount of $40,223. The additional funding will be used for salary/ere to support (1) additional Probation Officer to meet case supervision needs. The award will be sufficient to fund the new position effective 11/1/2019 through 6/30/20, the position will be fully funded in FY 20/21. This will require the creation of a new position number within Fund 53 Cost Center 2620213. Acceptance also approves an amendment to the FY 19/20 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 53 (APSupervision- St Enhcmt) to increase revenue and expenditures. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the creation of a new Accountant position job code F1000 Grade 08 within the Treasurer's Office tax department effective 1/1/2020. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the acceptance of the FY20 Budget Modification received from the Administrative Office of the Courts for the State Aid Enhancement (SAE) in the amount of $40,223. The additional funding will be used for salary/ere to support (1) additional Probation Officer to meet case supervision needs. The award will be sufficient to fund the new position effective 11/1/2019 through 6/30/20, the position will be fully funded in FY 20/21. This will require the creation of a new position number within Fund 53 Cost Center 2620213. Acceptance also approves an amendment to the FY 19/20 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 53 (APSupervision- St Enhcmt) to increase revenue and expenditures.
