Discussion/approval/disapproval of the creation of a new Accountant position job code F1000 Grade 08 within the Treasurer's Office tax department effective 1/1/2020. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the acceptance of the FY20 Budget Modification received from the Administrative Office of the Courts for the State Aid Enhancement (SAE) in the amount of $40,223. The additional funding will be used for salary/ere to support (1) additional Probation Officer to meet case supervision needs. The award will be sufficient to fund the new position effective 11/1/2019 through 6/30/20, the position will be fully funded in FY 20/21. This will require the creation of a new position number within Fund 53 Cost Center 2620213. Acceptance also approves an amendment to the FY 19/20 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 53 (APSupervision- St Enhcmt) to increase revenue and expenditures. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the creation of a new Accountant position job code F1000 Grade 08 within the Treasurer's Office tax department effective 1/1/2020. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the acceptance of the FY20 Budget Modification received from the Administrative Office of the Courts for the State Aid Enhancement (SAE) in the amount of $40,223. The additional funding will be used for salary/ere to support (1) additional Probation Officer to meet case supervision needs. The award will be sufficient to fund the new position effective 11/1/2019 through 6/30/20, the position will be fully funded in FY 20/21. This will require the creation of a new position number within Fund 53 Cost Center 2620213. Acceptance also approves an amendment to the FY 19/20 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 53 (APSupervision- St Enhcmt) to increase revenue and expenditures.
