These funds will also be used to cover the registration fees for up to five local law enforcement officers from Pinal County to attend the training conference. This request is made in accordance with and under the authority of A.R.S. 13-2314.03 whereby before the County Attorney's office may use any monies from the fund that the County Attorney submit an application that includes a description of what the requested monies will be used for to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
