Discussion/approval/disapproval of the request to create a new job classification of Forensic Technician within the Medical Examiner's Office. The position will be part-time, merit protected, and non-exempt. The anticipated cost associated with this position and thus, the impact on the General Fund will be $20,734 The cost for this position is expected to be fully funded by the pending IGA for medicolegal services between Pinal and Gila Counties. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Termination of Landfill Lease between Pinal County and Waste Management of Arizona, Inc. for certain real property known as the Dudleyville Landfill. The Lease shall terminate as of June 1, 2020, or earlier in the event a transfer facility that is substantially similar to the Transfer Facility Plan (Exhibit C to the Termination Lease Agreement) is substantially completed as set forth in said agreement, execution of a Memorandum of Termination of Lease (Exhibit A to the Termination of Landfill Lease) shall not be effective or recorded until the Termination Date, and Waste Management of Arizona shall remove its equipment from the Landfill within ninety (90) days following the Termination Date, including the equipment identified on the List of Equipment (Exhibit B to the Termination Lease Agreement).
