Outside Storage and Parking-RV Parking- Property owner has at least 2 RV's on the property that appear inoperable and do not meet zoning requirements and has not removed them or made them compliant with zoning requirements. Vehicle Parking- Property owner has numerous inoperable and unlicensed vehicles being stored in the back yard and in the front of the home visible from the roadway. Supervisor District #3. Fences: The property owner failed to meet the side yard setback requirements for GR Zoning. The fending (block wall) is over 7' tall on the south side of the property, approx. 9' high at some point(s).
