Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of the Pinal County requirement to complete an annual Action Plan to identify projects to be completed with the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds. Citizen involvement is a critical component to the plan. Similarly, when a substantial amendment is required due to a change in the identified projects, a Public Hearing is required. The Public Hearing for the FY19 Action Plan Substantial Amendment and the FY20 Annual Action Plan will identify eligible projects proposed to be completed by the county and the participating communities under the Pinal County Entitlement Program.
