The use of the grills for these purposes falls within the priorities, goals and mission of PCSO. Acceptance of these items by PCSO: are absent of any conflict of interest; are part of an ongoing and established program at Lowe's specific to law enforcement agencies; and will not interfere with the duties, mission or interests of PCSO. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement between Pinal County and The Toltec School District #22, for the provision of School Resource Officer (SRO) Services. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 20/21 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency to Fund 10 (General Fund) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
