Discussion/approval/ disapproval of Resolution No. 051414-TSC, a resolution of Support by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for Tractor Supply Company, a new warehouse/distribution center seeking designation as a subzone of Foreign Trade Zone 75. Upon acceptance by the Federal Foreign Trade Zone Board, Tractor Supply Company would then qualify for a property tax reclassification through the state sponsored FTZ property tax reclassification statute adopted by the State of Arizona in 1991 (A.R.S. 42-12006). Discussion/approval/disapproval of a proposed new Memorandum of Understanding between Pinal County Board of Supervisors and the Pinal County Deputies Association. The purpose of the MOU is to set forth the full and entire understanding the parties have reached through good faith meeting and conferring regarding wages, hours, benefits, terms and other conditions of employment for the period beginning July 1, 2014.
