Discussion/approval/disapproval of PCPP 4.25 of previous item deleting Section G and directing staff to bring this item back within 30 days after discussions and input from Directors and Elected Officials to develop possible dollar limitations or a percentage of budget each fiscal year to be utilized for salary adjustments. Option A: 2017/2018 2% across the board increase? Option B: 2017/2018 2% across the board increase, 1% discretionary increase to be issued by Directors and Elected Officials or Option C: Revise policy 4.25 to create section G: Elected Officials and Department Directors may increase current employees’ salaries in the same manner that new hires are afforded in accordance with PCPP 4.20.V.b. within their Department or Office's previously approved budget capacity at the beginning of each fiscal year.
