(11) Discussion/approval/disapproval for the Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement, pursuant to Section X.C of the Agreement Between Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) and Florence Unified School District For School Resource Officer (SRO) Services. XI. Amendment modifies The Agreement as follows: 1. The parties hereby agree to add the services of an additional SRO, to be assigned to campus(es) within the District, as determined by PCSO in consultation with the District. Accordingly, District agrees to pay the Salary and ERE's for this SRO, totaling up to $107,031 so long as the District is receiving grant funding via the Arizona Department of Education School Safety Grant Funding Program. 2. The remainder of the original Agreement shall remain unaltered, including Section X.B (Dual Representation Acknowledgement and Waiver). 3. This Amendment may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall continue one and the same instrument. (12) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 070721-RD20-127 ordering the abandonment and extinguishment of an easement comprising a portion of right of way 50 feet wide located, Section 30, Township 1 South, Range 10 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. (13) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval in accordance with A.R.S. 42-17104 and A.R.S. 42-17107 (Truth in Taxation Hearing) of Resolution No. 070721-01-PCB for the adoption of the Pinal County FY 2021-2022 budget, beginning July 1, 2021, ending June 30, 2022, in accordance with A.R.S. 42-17105 in the amount of $734,501,764 with a tax rate of $3.6900. (14) Discussion/approval/disapproval of the FY 2021 - 2022 Pinal County Employee Compensation Plan, Across-the-Board Salary Adjustment and Discretionary Salary Adjustment. This Plan establishes guidelines for an across-the-board salary adjustment and a discretionary market and performance based salary adjustment to support critical recruitment and retention needs, compensate employees who meet or exceed performance standards; and maintain consistency in the County’s market position so that the County continues to have the engaged workforce needed to provide quality services to its residents. (16) Work Session Discussion Only of a zoning regulations amendment (Zoning Code Amendment) to begin the process of amending the regulations pertaining to chapter 2.360 - Multi-Purpose Community Master Plan (MP-CMP). This is an Arizona State Land Department initiated zoning text amendment. It would amend sections 2.360.010, 2.360.020, and 2.360.030 of Chapter 2.360 - Multi-Purpose Community Master Plan (MP-CMP) Zoning District of the Pinal County Development Services Code to modify requirements for projects in MP-CMP districts. These modifications would apply county-wide and be applicable to all projects in MP-CMP districts. (Evan Evangelopoulos/Lester Chow).
