(8) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 2021-SUP 006-21, a resolution approving case SUP-006-21: Nate LeSueur, owner/applicant, requesting approval of a Special Use Permit for retail sales of feed and/or tack(“Hay Barn”) on an approximately 2.50± acre parcel in a General Rural (GR) Zoning District, situated in a portion of Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 8 East, of the G.R.S.B.&M., Pinal County, Arizona, Tax Parcel 104-23-098B (legal on file), located on the east side of North Ironwood Dr. and south of East Germann Road within proximity to the Town of Queen Creek. The Planning Commission voted unanimously (7-0) to recommend approval of case SUP-006-21 with 12 stipulations. Supervisor District #2.(Gilbert Olgin/Lester Chow)
(9) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of the Program Year 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER). Pinal County receives funding under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Urban County Program. Each year a CAPER is required to be submitted detailing activities completed during a program year (July - June). The CAPER includes the expected outcomes for the FY19 and FY20 projects. Furthermore, the CAPER outlines other activities to be completed by the county to further the objectives of the CDBG program. (Heather Patel/Lori Pruitt)
