(10) Discussion/approval/disapproval of IntergovernmentalAgreement between the Pinal County Regional Transportation Authority and Pinal County for Reimbursement of Expenses Advanced, to establish a process for reimbursing the County for the County Advanced Funds, effective as of the date the PRTA Chairman signs the agreement and shallcontinue until the Invoice submitted by the County has been fully paid. (11) Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Pinal County Recorder's Office request to add a new position of Assistant to the Board of Supervisors/Elected Official (At-Will). The position will oversee the compliance and adherence to State and Federal laws and regulations, Election Manual Policies and Procedures along with the interconnected functionality of the AVID system that impacts Early Voting and Voter Registration in Pinal County. Approval of the creation of this one position will require a budget amendment to transfer budget capacity from the general fund financial stability reserve for $38,076 for FY 21/22 to the Recorder's general fund cost center. The budget capacity willcover the salary and ERE for six months of this fiscal year. This approvalalso increases the FY 22/23 Recorder's office budget by $38,076 for the remaining six months funding for the position. (Virginia Ross)

(12) Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Pinal County Clerk of the Superior Court request to create two new job classifications. 1. Deputy Clerk Trainee and 2. Deputy Clerk of Superior Court Specialist (Lead) in response to the recommendation of the Pinal County Human Resources compensation market study for the court clerks series. Approval will also authorize a fiscal year 2021-2022 budget amendment to increase the budget capacity within the Pinal County Clerk of the Superior Court for the implementation of the recommendation.
