(9) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 020222-RD21-086 ordering the abandonment and extinguishment of an easement comprising a portion of a portion of Colt Road, 33 feet wide, commencing at Tonto Street and proceeding South approximately 329.68 feet of Section 4, Township 1 North, Range 8 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. (10) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 020222-RD21-087 ordering the abandonment and extinguishment of an easement comprising a portion of a portion of La Barge Road, 33 feet wide, commencing at Bell Street and proceeding south approximately 265.24 feet, Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 8 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. (11) Discussion/approval/disapproval of the adoption of the 2022 final voter precinct map as shown in the attachments to this item which are also on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and are incorporated herein by reference. Adjustments to the voter precinct map were necessary after the Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission certified new Congressional and Legislative district lines that run through many of the County’s prior voter precincts. (12) Discussion/approval/disapproval to repeal Resolution No. 032020-LSE, Resolution of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors Declaring a Local State of Emergency issued March 20, 2020. This Resolution was issued, among other reasons, as a result of the COVID -19 state of emergency declared by Governor Douglas A. Ducey on March 11, 2020. The County Resolution, pursuant to A.R.S. 26-311 authorized the Chairman, during the emergency, to govern by proclamation and have the authority to impose all necessary regulations to preserve the peace and order of unincorporated areas of the county and preserve the public health and safety of the County. (13) Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) for legal advice on the process and potential consequences of terminating previously entered Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA's) with the State of Arizona Departments or Agencies. (Chris Keller/ Kent Volkmer).
