Discussion/approval/disapproval of Award Agreement No. M22-0007 between State of Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs FY 21/22 grant program between the State of Arizona Department of Emergency And Military Affairs, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2021, ending June 30, 2024, for $5,910,000. This award will be used by the Pinal County Sheriff's Office for Border Related Crimes, Prosecution and Imprisonment, Laws 2021 Chapter 408, Section 106. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation for the remainder of FY21/22, in the amount of $157,500, from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 278 (Sheriff Miscellaneous) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. The remaining amount will be budgeted in future years. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Mark Lamb)
