Ordinance approving case PZ-053-21; Howard W. McClure, landowner, Upfront Planning and
Entitilements LLC, agent, requesting, approval to rezone 10.2± acres from GR (General Rural
Zone) to C-3 (General Commercial Zone), to allow the construction of a commercial roping arena
situated in S06, T07S, R03E G&SRB&M, tax parcel 500-08-003H (legal on file), located on
Highway 84 and Almendra Rd in an area of unincorporated Maricopa in Pinal County. The
Planning Commission recommended approval unanimously (9-0) with one (1) stipulation of case
