(7) AN. Discussion/approval/disapproval for a retroactive submission of a grant application to the Arizona State Land, Supplemental Off-Highway Recreation Fund $100,000. This grant will be used by the Pinal County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit to purchase two police package motorcycles and accessories which will be used for DUI enforcement, criminal and civil traffic law enforcement, special events, and for DUI office training and public education. (10) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2022-PZ-053-21, an Ordinance approving case PZ-053-21; Howard W. McClure, landowner, Upfront Planning and Entitilements LLC, agent, requesting, approval to rezone 10.2± acres from GR (General Rural Zone) to C-3 (General Commercial Zone), to allow the construction of a commercial roping arena situated in S06, T07S, R03E G&SRB&M, tax parcel 500-08-003H (legal on file), located on Highway 84 and Almendra Rd in an area of unincorporated Maricopa in Pinal County. McClure, landowner, Upfront Planning and Entitlements LLC, agent, requesting approval of a Planned Area Development (PAD) Overlay District (Case PZ-PD-053-21) on 10.2± acres, to modify the original PAD development standards and the development plan, situated in the Section 6, T07S, R03E G&SRB&M, tax parcel 500-08- 003H (legal on file), located on Highway 84 and Almendra Rd. in an area of unincorporated Maricopa in Pinal County.
