The Open Space and Trails Advisory Commission recommended approval of the above noted changes October 11, 2022 (9-0). (Kent Taylor/Himanshu Patel)
(13) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of the Uniform Video License Agreement between Pinal County and Orbitel Communications, LLC. (GA22-027) (Megan Villegas/Andrew Smith)
(14) Discussion/approval/disapproval of an Agreement between Pinal County and the Arizona Department of Administration for the purpose of providing a $10,000 one-time payment to line-level deputies and detention officers employed by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office as of May 1, 2022, and a one-time recruitment payment not to exceed $5,000 per new hire for line level deputies and detention officers hired into the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office from May 1, 2022 until April 30, 2023. Further details regarding distribution of the funds and eligibility are contained in the Agreement. Approval accepts and amendment to the FY 2022-2023 budget to increase revenues and expenditures in the Pinal County Sheriff's Office cost centers for revenues and expenditures associated for these payments.
