(7) BC. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the retroactive submission of a grant application to the Bert W. Martin Foundation FY2023 program for $50,000. This grant will be used by the Pinal County Sheriff's Office for operations of Community Relations and Shop with the Sheriff, and the Moral, Welfare, and Recognition program. (Mark Lamb)

(13) Discussion/approval/disapproval of a Temporary Access Easement from Pinal County (Grantor) to SunZia Transmission LLC., a Delaware limited liability company (Grantee) for access and construction of a Transmission Line on county rights of ways, located in Supervisor District #3. (10) Discussion/approval/disapproval to authorize Pinal County Attorney to take all necessary action to enforce the Civil Hearing Office finding of violations against Salih and Nada Ibrahim, up to and including filing a complaint in Superior Court, utilizing appropriate resources to remedy the violations, and file liens for the cost of recovery. The property owner was found in violation of the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code (2018 IPMC) for: Section 108 Unsafe Structure and Equipment for having an unpermitted mobile home and unpermitted metal storage container. (14) Discussion/approval/disapproval of a FY 22/23 Budget Appropriation to reduce the Central Justice Court's budget due to the workforce reduction from the City of Maricopa Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) dissolution. The amendment is a prorated amount for operations and personnel from the date positions were terminated through June 2023. The remaining amount will be reduced in the FY 23/24 budget.
