(15) Discussion/approval/disapproval of a donation to the Mammoth Fire District of two lateral file cabinets for a total of $1. The Mammoth Fire District provides fire services to the Mammoth area. These are in addition to the two approved on May 3, 2023. This item requires unanimous consent of the Board. Supervisor District #4. (Angeline Woods)
(16) Discussion/approval/disapproval of Board of Supervisor District budget capacity consistent with the board approved methodology allowing for a personnel budget equal to the salary and employee related expenses for the District Supervisor, (1) Administrative Specialist (median salary), (1) District Administrator (median salary) and standardized operational budget for FY 2023-2024 as follows: Baseline budget to $338,475 by majority vote (3) Budget requests beyond the baseline, up to $423,094, requires a super-majority vote (4) Beyond $423,094, up to $507,713, requires unanimous consent (5) Setting Supervisor District #2 FY 23/24 budget to $399,758 which is $61,283 above the baseline budget, requires a super-majority vote (4) (Angeline Woods)
