(14) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2023-PZ-038-22, an ordinance approving case PZ-038-22: Neal Investors LLLP, Neal Investors II LLLP, Neal Management LLC, T&S Harl LLC, Bill Raffoul, Sun Communities, LLC, owners/applicant, Jordan Rose, Rose law Group, agent requesting a, approval of a rezone of 159.6± acres from GR (General Rural Zone), to MHP-435 (Manufactured Home Park Zoning District) to allow for 541 manufactured homes; situated in portion of Sections 23, T05S, R02E G&SRB&M; (legal on file), Tax parcels 510-78-0010, 510-78-0020, 510-78-0030, and 510-78-0040 located 4 miles west of N Highway 347 road north of W Val Vista road in Maricopa Area. Proposed revisions are designed to expand the types of programs and educational institutions eligible for reimbursement, reduce the upfront employee financial investment required, increase the reimbursement amount, and streamline the process.
