(9) CONSENT ITEMS:
(9) E. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the First Amendment to the Development Agreement and Intergovernmental Agreement between Pinal County, Town of Queen Creek, and LG Energy Solutions Arizona Inc. entered into April 19, 2022; and Amendment One to the Intergovernmental Agreement between Pinal County, Central Arizona College, and Arizona Commerce Authority entered into January 11, 2023; and authorize the County Manager to execute all necessary and related documents and adjust or reallocate county funding sources including but not limited to American Relief Act State and Local Relief Funds as needed. These agreements are being updated to reflect additional commitments by the parties to accommodate and acknowledge certain additional responsibilities and investments in order to construct a larger manufacturing and related facilities at the project site, address associated costs increases, supply chain issues and inflation attributable thereto. (9) AA. Discussion/approval/disapproval of acceptance of donation from Tractor Supply Company, Casa Grande of two (2) 5’x10’x6’ kennels for the service animals valued at $350 - $500, respectively, free of charge. Tractor Supply looks to partner with local organizations that reflect similar values, and part of the Out Here lifestyle is the care for animals. With that perspective, they feel that the Pinal County K9 units are a great fit for sponsorship. County Finance has been notified of this prospective donation per policy 8.71. (Mark Lamb)

(11) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of the Program Year 2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report. This report is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development each September to demonstrate the successes of the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership, and Emergency Solutions Grant programs. This report covers activity completed July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)
(12) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Case No. 2023-SUP-012-22, a Resolution approving case SUP-012-22, Richard Allen Morris, Michael J. Campbell, Campbell A&Z, LLC applicant/agent, requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to continue to operate a wireless communication facility, on a 1.25± acre parcel in the GR General Rural Zone; tax parcel 301-44-011P (legal on file); situated in a portion of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 14 East, of the G.R.S.B.&M., Pinal County, Arizona, located south of Ray Junction Road and west of Highway 177 in an unincorporated area of Pinal County. The Planning Commission recommended approval (8 to 0) of case SUP-012-22 with seventeen (17) stipulations. Supervisor District #5. (Glenn Bak/Brent Billingsley)
