(12)G. Discussion/approval/disapproval of an Agreement for the Construction and Transfer of Ownership and Maintenance of the Water Lines and Fire Hydrants within the Randolph Community between Arizona Water Company and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. Pinal County designated American Rescue Plan State and Local Fiscal Recovery funding for the installation of water lines and fire hydrants within the Randolph Community. This agreement identifies the responsibilities of each party. Upon execution of this agreement, completion of all construction, and acceptance of the work completed, Pinal County will execute a Bill of Sale to transfer ownership and maintenance responsibility to the Arizona Water Company. (12)Q. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement No. 24-07-ED between the Arizona Department of Education and the Pinal County Superintendent of Schools, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning January 17, 2024, ending June 30, 2024, for $20,000 and authorize Jill Broussard, Superintendent of Schools, to sign the agreement. This award will be used by the Pinal County Secure Care Program within the Juvenile Detention Center. There is no budget impact, as the Secure Care Education program manages their own funds. (13) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 011724-RD23-104 to accept the establishment of roads for Algarve Place, Rosemead Road, Felix Road, Arvilla Ave, Rahma Street, Castledale Ave, Templegreen Rd, and Dirt Road, Pinal County, AZ. (14) Public Hearing and discussion of the Federal Fiscal Year(s) 2024-2028 5-year Consolidated Plan, the Federal Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Action Plan, and the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership, and Emergency Solutions Grant programs. (15) Discussion/approval/disapproval of the request to create new job classifications to meet the current staffing needs of departments in order to provide necessary services. Funding for these positions is authorized in the Pinal County FY 2023-2024 Budget.
