(9) F. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) No. ACSKR- 2024-0004 between Pinal County and the Arizona State Board of Equalization for Property Tax Reviews and Appeals. IGA entered into pursuant to A.R.S. 11-952 and 42-16102(C). (Natasha Kennedy) (Part 1 of 2)
(9) H. Discussion/approval/disapproval to submit a grant application to the Arizona Department of Housing FY2024 State Housing Trust Fund (SHTF) Flexible Funds for an amount not to exceed $200,000. This grant will be used by the Office of Budget and Finance to prevent housing insecurity. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)

(9) K. Discussion/approval/disapproval to submit a grant application to the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, State Homeland Security Grant Program for $75,000. This grant will be used by Development Services for training and exercises requested by the eastern region of Arizona. Pinal County applies for the training and exercise funding. Upon award, a Memorandum of Understanding is executed with the State to provide all the training and exercise needs for the eastern region. (AD23-012) (Courtney Prock/Kore Redden/Joe Ortiz)
(9) AA. Discussion/approval/disapproval to submit a grant application to the Governor's Office of Highway Safety Accident Investigation program for $28,278. This grant will be used by the Pinal County Traffic Unit to support overtime costs to investigate fatality and serious injury collisions, and for the purchase of a Drone. (Mark Lamb)
(9) AC. Discussion/approval/disapproval to submit a grant application to the Governor's Office of Highway Safety Speed Control, Police Traffic Services STEP Enforcement for $180,856. This grant will be used by the Pinal County Traffic Unit to fund overtime to sustain saturated traffic enforcement efforts throughout Pinal County, attend training events and purchase traffic monitoring equipment. (11) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2024-PZ-PD-015-23, an Ordinance approving case PZ-PD-015-23; Lance Keator, landowner, requesting approval for a Planned Area Development (PAD) Overlay Zoning District on 12.9± acres to allow for a recreational vehicle and self-storage facility, situated in a portion of Section 12, Township 05S, Range 08E, of the Gila and Salt Meridian, tax parcel 209-13-007C (legal on file), located north of East Highway 287 and west of North Attaway Road in the Coolidge area.
