9.* J. Discussion/approval/disapproval to submit a grant application to the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management's Invasive Plant Grant for $200,000. Match is required in the amount of $30,000. This grant will be used by the Parks & Trails Department to remove and treat areas infested with noxious weeds at Peralta Regional Park. 16) Presentation and discussion regarding District #2's collaboration with ADOT and the Arizona State Library, Archives, and Records Department to assess Doug Greer's application for naming the newly reconstructed Florence Bridge in memory of Rusty Greer.
