(7)*Q. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 091824-RD24-042 for the acquisition, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the Skyline Dr. Improvement Project, extending from Chambray Dr. to Gantzel Rd., within Supervisor District #2. (RD24-042) (Celeste Garza/Joe Ortiz)
(7)* AA. Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept Award Agreement M24-0004 under the Anti-Human Trafficking Fund between the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2026, in the amount of $423,241.13. The Pinal County Attorney's Office will use this grant in collaboration with the Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys' Advisory Council. Funds will help pay for statewide in-person conferences and webinars about Anti-Human Trafficking topics for law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, medical examiners, and more. The funding was adopted in the FY 24/25 budget. (Kent Volkmer)

10) Call to the Public - Consideration and discussion of comments from the public. Those wishing to address the Pinal County Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
11) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 091824-RD24-043 ordering the abandonment and extinguishment of an easement comprising a portion of El Camino Viejo Road. Supervisor District #5. (RD24-043) (Celeste Garza/Joe Ortiz)
(12) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Substantial Amendments to the FY22 and FY23 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Consolidated Plans. Pinal County is required to hold a public hearing when substantial amendments are made to the Consolidated Plan. Amendments are made when projects are canceled or funding is reallocated. (13) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of the Program Year 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report. This report is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development each September to demonstrate the successes of the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership, and Emergency Solutions Grant programs. This report covers activity completed July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)
(14) Discussion/approval/disapproval and presentation of Pinal County Housing Initiatives. The Pinal County Housing Task Force has met to discuss initiatives on housing to demonstrate the County's commitment to offering economically sustainable housing for all income levels and housing needs. This effort will further the County's goal to increase the number of residents who live, work, and play in Pinal County. To facilitate and implement an affordable housing program, Pinal County seeks to execute an agreement with Yavapai County for the use of their award winning Home of Your Own project designs and plans.
