(1) Discussion/approval/disapproval to waive the attorney client privilege concerning the election department operational and technical assessment prepared by outside counsel examining the allegations made by Kevin Cavanaugh surrounding the 2024 Primary Election and present the findings to the Board and direct the Clerk of the Board to place the results of the report on the County's website with any necessary redactions that may be required.
