AN. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Access Agreement between Pinal County and Lucky 8 TV, LLC. This agreement grants the Producer and its production personnel permission to enter upon and use approved Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) offices, facilities, and vehicles utilized by and/or in connection with PCSO (including, but not limited to, stations or precincts, jail facilities, offices, patrol cars or other vehicles) in addition to permission to accompany PCSO deputies or other PCSO personnel during the course of their duties or otherwise for the purpose of filming, videotaping, photographing and otherwise recording the PCSO personnel and situations they encounter and/or become involved in, and all or any approved portions of the exterior and interior and contents of PCSO property, including names, signs, and identifying insignia of PCSO in connection with production of the Series, related series, or derivative work and the marketing, promotion and publicity thereof. (12) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 2024-SUP-012-24, a Resolution approving case SUP-012-24, a Special Use Permit approval request by American Tower Management, LLC. – John Merritt, applicant/agent, to operate an existing wireless communication facility, on a portion of a 40± acre parcel in the General Rural (GR) Zone; tax parcel 301-25-0040 – legal on file – situated in a portion of Section 02, Township 05 South, Range 14 East, of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona, located at the southwest corner of Camino Rio Rd and Tristan Rd in an unincorporated area of Pinal County. (20) Discussion/approval/disapproval of a request from STV Inc. to circulate petitions for the purpose of placing the question of the incorporation of the Town of San Tan Valley, Arizona, before the voters. (STV Inc.)

(23) Discussion/approval/disapproval of the request to create new job classifications to meet the staffing needs of departments in order to provide necessary services. Funding for these positions is authorized in the Pinal County FY 2024-2025 Budget.

(25) Discussion/approval/disapproval to expand the appointment of Snell and Wilmer beyond the investigation and preparation of a report to the Board of Supervisors of an evaluation of Supervisor Kevin Cavanaugh's "Report of Obvious Errors in the 2024 Primary Election" to include handling the legal defense for Pinal County of any and all claims or lawsuits arising out of, or related to, Supervisor Cavanaugh's report and allegations surrounding the 2024 Primary Election or present or past operations of the Pinal County Elections Department based on their experience with this issue, prior placement on the County's approved outside legal counsel list and the previously declared conflict by the County Attorney's office.
