(3) Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2024-PZ-PD-009-24 an Ordinance approving case PZ-PD-009-24; Encanto Vista, LLC, Richard K. Le, Jason & Traci Hamilton, Tara Land Holdings, LLC, Nexstar Homes, LLC, Jesse Allan & Thai Phuong Quynh Trinh, Dale & Kristen Schell, Sean & Rachael Austin, Sunwest Pools and Landscaping LLC, landowner(s)/applicant, Chris Webb from Rose Law Group, pc, agent, requesting an approval for abandonment of the Goldmine Mountain Estates PAD (PZ-PD-018-01) overlay and revert to the underlying zoning of General Rural Zone (GR) on two non-contiguous groups of parcels, totaling 105± acres, situated in Section 05, T03S, R07E, along east of N Wagon Wheel Rd, south of W Sundance Dr (South parcels on file) and 500 feet north of W Sundance Dr. (North Parcels on file), south of W Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley area, Pinal County. The Planning Commission recommended approval (8-1) of case PZ-PD-009-24 with four (4) stipulations. Supervisor District #1. (Sangeeta Deokar/Brent Billingsley)
(4) Discussion/approval/disapproval of Access Agreement between Pinal County and Lucky 8 TV, LLC. This agreement grants the Producer and its production personnel permission to enter upon and use approved Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) offices, facilities, and vehicles utilized by and/or in connection with PCSO (including, but not limited to, stations or precincts, jail facilities, offices, patrol cars or other vehicles) in addition to permission to accompany PCSO deputies or other PCSO personnel during the course of their duties or otherwise for the purpose of filming, videotaping, photographing and otherwise recording the PCSO personnel and situations they encounter and/or become involved in, and all or any approved portions of the exterior and interior and contents of PCSO property, including names, signs, and identifying insignia of PCSO in connection with production of the Series, related series, or derivative work and the marketing, promotion and publicity thereof.
