Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling it for further consideration and decision at a later date.

Hunt Hwy and approximately 620 feet south of E Heritage Rd in San Tan Valley, Pinal County. The Planning Commission recommended approval (9 to 0) of case SUP-017-24 with thirteen (13) stipulations.
