(10) Call to the Public— A "call to the public" is the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction. Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling it for further consideration and decision at a later date.
(11) Discussion/approval/disapproval of the recommendation from the Justice of the Peace Selection Committee for the appointment of Ann Palmer or Reginald Winston to the Pinal County Justice of the Peace, Casa Grande Justice Court, Precinct #2, to fill the remainder of the term left by the resignation of Justice of the Peace, John Ellsworth.
